Job Description

As an Online Advertiser, you will manage and optimize online content while engaging with users in real time. You will ensure a high-quality user experience, maintain platform standards, and contribute to overall performance targets in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor online advertising content and user interactions
• Ensure content quality and compliance with guidelines
• Engage with users in a professional and timely manner
• Support performance targets and campaign objectives
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (C1 level)
• Good command of English (B2 level)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Interest in digital platforms and online media
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work in a 24/7 shift system

Working Conditions

• Location: Madrid (on-site)
• Start dates: Every Monday
• Schedule: 24/7 shift rotation
• Contract: Full-time

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €1,500/month
• Dutch language bonus: €4/hour
• Performance bonus: up to €3/hour
• Average total salary: €1,850 – €2,100/month gross
