We are looking for French-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a growing telecom-related customer service operation in Porto.

This is a fully on-site role, ideal for candidates living in or near Porto who are motivated, customer-oriented, and ready to grow within a professional service environment.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers. Your mission is to provide a high-quality service experience by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across every interaction.

You will handle inbound contacts related to products, services, billing, technical questions, and general inquiries. Your goal is not only to solve problems, but to build trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient support to French-speaking customers

  • Handle incoming calls and/or digital contacts (depending on assignment)

  • Understand customer needs and offer clear, accurate solutions

  • Troubleshoot service and product issues following internal procedures

  • Document interactions correctly in internal systems

  • Escalate complex cases when necessary

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards

  • Work collaboratively with your team and support departments

What We Are Looking For

Essential Skills & Profile

  • Native or fluent level of French (spoken and written)

  • Basic level of English for internal communication

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • Strong problem-solving mindset

  • Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools

  • Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional approach

  • Ability to work on-site in Porto

  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 and 19:00

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in customer support, call center, hospitality, or service roles

  • Interest in telecom, technology, or service environments

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multicultural setting
