We are looking for motivated Content Moderators to join a growing international team in Portugal. The role focuses on reviewing online content, ensuring platform safety, and maintaining community standards across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Review videos, images, text, and user-generated content
• Monitor platform activities according to internal policies
• Escalate violations and suspicious activities when required
• Maintain productivity and quality targets
• Work with international teams in a multicultural environment
• Ensure safe and positive online experiences for users

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
• Minimum 1 year experience in moderation, customer support, or similar digital roles
• At least 6 months experience is mandatory for all applicants
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Comfortable working with online content
• Good computer navigation skills
• Local candidates only with required language skills

Important Information

Only local candidates with required language skills will be hired. Remote roles require candidates to already live in Portugal. EU applicants may need to relocate. Relocation support is provided.
