We are currently looking for Car Rental Reservations Agents to join an on-site contact centre team in Malta.

This role is ideal for energetic, customer-focused professionals who enjoy assisting customers, closing reservations, and delivering an excellent service experience.

About the Role

As a Car Rental Reservations Agent, you will handle inbound customer contacts, supporting Italian-speaking customers with car rental bookings, modifications, upgrades, and general inquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth reservation experience while identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services.

You will work in a fast-paced contact centre environment where communication skills, accuracy, and customer satisfaction are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and/or digital contacts from customers

  • Manage new reservations, changes, cancellations, and inquiries

  • Provide clear information about vehicle options, pricing, and rental conditions

  • Promote relevant upgrades and additional services when appropriate

  • Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented in internal systems

  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

  • Meet quality, productivity, and sales performance targets

  • Deliver a friendly, confident, and customer-oriented experience at all times

Candidate Profile

Required

  • C1 level Italian (spoken and written)

  • C1 level English (spoken and written)

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Sales mindset with a service-oriented approach

  • Comfortable working with computer systems

  • Ability to work on-site in Malta

  • Availability to work Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 19:00, on an 8-hour shift basis

  • Professional attitude and reliability

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in contact centre, reservations, sales, or customer support
