Summary: V naši ekipi v Sofiji iščemo motivirane svetovalce za tehnično podporo z začetkom 12. januarja 2026. To je delovno mesto na lokaciji v Sofiji, Bolgarija. Iščemo kandidate, ki že imajo zakonsko pravico do dela v Bolgariji; podpora za vizume ni na voljo. Za kandidate, ki se selijo iz Slovenije ali drugih regij, nudimo celovit paket selitvene podpore. The Role: Kot svetovalec za tehnično podporo boste zagotavljali strokovno pomoč uporabnikom, ki se soočajo s tehničnimi težavami. Vaš glavni cilj je diagnosticiranje težav, vodenje uporabnikov skozi rešitve in zagotavljanje visoke ravni zadovoljstva strank. Komunicirali boste prek različnih podpornih kanalov, pri čemer boste vedno ohranjali profesionalen in ustrežljiv odnos. Vaša vloga je ključna pri ohranjanju zaupanja uporabnikov v naše storitve.
Requirements:
- Jezikovno znanje: Obvezno znanje slovenščine na ravni C1/C2 in angleščine na ravni B2.
- Tehnične veščine: Osnovno poznavanje tehnologije in močna želja po učenju novih sistemov.
- Komunikacija: Sposobnost razlage zapletenih tehničnih konceptov na preprost način.
- Prilagodljivost: Pripravljenost na delo v izmenah, vključno z vikendi.

Summary: We are seeking motivated Technical Support Specialists to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, starting on January 12, 2026. This is an on-site position. We are looking for candidates who already possess the legal right to work in Bulgaria; no visa support is available. For candidates moving from Slovenia or other regions, we offer a full relocation support package. Only candidates with C1/C2 level language proficiency will be considered for this role.
