Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can lead sales initiatives across the UAE and GCC travel trade. The ideal candidate comes with strong market relationships, a deep understanding of luxury hospitality and a proven ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships across the UAE and GCC
  • Drive revenue, meet KPIs and achieve business targets

  • Lead sales strategies to capture premium accounts

  • Represent the company at trade shows, events and partner meetings

  • Provide market insights and prepare performance reports

  • Support junior sales team members when required

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in UAE/GCC travel and tourism

  • Strong network within luxury travel trade and hospitality partners

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Experience with luxury hotels is preferred

  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and travel for meetings
