Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with proven expertise in High-Rise Towers and 5-Star Hotel Projects? Join a prestigious mega development in Makkah Region and be part of a world-class construction team delivering iconic projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of electrical works as the Main Contractor's/Developer's Site Engineer.
Supervise installation of:
Power Distribution Systems
Lighting Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
Low Current Systems
Building Management Systems (BMS)
Coordinate electrical works with Civil, Mechanical, and Architectural teams.
Implement approved shop drawings and ensure execution aligns with BIM models.
Conduct site inspections covering containment, first fix, second fix, testing, and final sign-off.
Manage subcontractors, direct labor, and monitor material compliance.
Prepare quantity take-offs, interim payment certifications, and variation evaluations.
Coordinate with Technical Teams, Design Consultants, SEC, and relevant authorities.
Support Testing & Commissioning activities and maintain quality and inspection records.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in High-Rise Towers and 5-Star Hotel Projects.
Experience working as a Main Contractor's or Developer's Site Engineer.
Strong knowledge of:
Electrical Installation & Site Execution
Power Distribution
Lighting Systems
Fire Alarm
Low Current Systems
BMS
Hands-on experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM).
Strong coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates with prior experience in the Makkah Region will be given preference.
Transferrable Iqama is Mandatory.
