We're Hiring: Marketing Manager

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Full-time | Work from Office
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Join a leading entertainment company that owns and operates some of Hyderabad's most popular family entertainment brands. We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, drive customer engagement, and deliver measurable business growth.

What You'll Do

Own and manage the overall marketing calendar

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns

Drive customer retention and remarketing initiatives

Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events

Manage performance marketing, creative, and media agencies

Ensure timely execution of campaigns and creative assets

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels

Monitor campaign performance across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms

Track key marketing metrics including:

• Leads
• Bookings
• Conversion Rate
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Marketing ROI

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign performance

What We're Looking For

3–6 years of experience in Marketing or Marketing Management

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills

Strong analytical and reporting abilities

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools

Experience managing external marketing agencies is highly preferred

Success in This Role

Increase bookings and revenue through effective marketing

Improve ROAS and overall marketing ROI

Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Execute campaigns on time with high-quality creative delivery

Grow repeat customers through remarketing strategies

Deliver clear, data-driven reports to leadership
