Are you an experienced Nexthink Administrator with expertise in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and endpoint analytics? We're looking for a skilled professional to help transform workplace experiences by leveraging Nexthink, automation, and proactive endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage the Nexthink platform across enterprise environments
Develop and optimize NQL (Nexthink Query Language) queries for monitoring and reporting
Monitor and improve Digital Employee Experience (DEX) using Nexthink analytics
Deploy and manage Nexthink Collectors across enterprise endpoints
Integrate Nexthink with ServiceNow for automated incident and workflow management
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell for proactive remediation and endpoint optimization
Configure and monitor DEX Scores to improve end-user experience
Build custom dashboards, reports, and analytics for operational insights
Integrate enterprise systems using REST APIs and support automation initiatives

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Nexthink Administration and endpoint management
Strong expertise in Nexthink, NQL (Nexthink Query Language), and Digital Employee Experience (DEX)
Hands-on experience with Collector Deployment and platform administration
Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
Experience with Proactive Remediation, DEX Score, and endpoint optimization
Knowledge of REST APIs, automation, and custom dashboard creation
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Certification

Certified Nexthink Administrator (Preferred)

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
