About the Company:
The Company is an emotional wellbeing platform. People come to us at the point where they need someone to talk to, and we connect them with therapists, coaches and clinics, alongside AI companions available at any hour.
We are adding to our marketing team, as we are growing.
This team is responsible for demand generation, onboarding, and customer experience. In practice that means paid advertising on Google and Meta, daily content across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Instagram automation, bringing therapists, coaches and clinics onto the platform, corporate outreach, newsletters, public relations and events. It is small and it moves quickly.
The role
You welcome therapists, coaches and clinics onto the company, and you stay with them until they are live.
They are joining us fast, because the company is one place where they can build a profile, be discovered, and see clients. You are the first person they meet here. You call to introduce yourself, help them with their documents and their profile, show them how the platform works, and give them a demo where it helps. You stay with them until they are fully live, so that the thousands of people who come to the company looking for support can find them.
You are also the front door for support. This team monitors our support inbox, and everything that arrives there reaches you first. Someone using the company who cannot get into their account, a therapist with a technical question, a coach who needs something fixed. The people using the company are often reaching out on a difficult day, so how quickly and how kindly this is done matters. You will be trained on our escalation paths, and anything sensitive or urgent has a clear route to senior support, you are never expected to handle a difficult situation alone.
Alongside that you are part of a marketing team building something with real impact. You will be at events, in front of customers, and on camera. You will be asked what you think, and good ideas get built here whoever they come from.
This is an evolving role in a startup with a proven and highly successful founder. What you work on this month will look different in six months. We pick up whatever the week needs, the energy is high, and there are a lot of moving parts.
What you will do. Day to day will shift, but it moves across: -
Welcome therapists, coaches and clinics as they join, and support them all the way to live
Help with documents, profiles and credentials, so their page is complete and does them justice
Run onboarding sessions and demos over video, including sharing your screen
Hand each therapist, coach and clinic over cleanly once they are live, to the colleague who owns the relationship from there
Monitor our support inbox and be the first response for everyone, answering what you can and tracking the rest through to resolution
Write and send email outreach, follow up on the replies, and keep the conversation moving
Take part in our corporate outreach, talking to companies about bringing the company to their employees
Represent the company at events, demos and customer conversations
Appear in content. Reels, short video and event footage are made in house, by us, with our own faces
Bring ideas to the marketing team and help decide what we make
Keep the tracker accurate every day, because the whole team plans from it
Must have
1. You want to sell. You enjoy persuading someone, you are comfortable calling a stranger, and you follow through until they act.
2. Strong communication in English and Hindi, spoken and written. You will be on calls all day and writing emails that represent us.
3. High energy, and someone who learns and adapts fast. You will be given real responsibility in week one, and the work keeps changing shape.
4. Creative, with a real interest in marketing and in growing a company. You bring ideas, and you enjoy a job with a lot of moving parts.
5. Organised without being told to be. You will hold dozens of people in progress at the same time.
6. Warm. Our audience is often going through something difficult, and the practitioners we bring on care a great deal about how they are treated.
Good to have
None of these are required. Any of them will help, and we would rather see one done properly than all of them claimed.
MBA Marketing or similar stream.
Marketing and sales experience.
Comfortable on camera. We shoot our own reels and we go to events, so a face at ease with a lens is genuinely useful.
Any experience persuading people. Sales, telecalling, retail, fundraising, campus ambassador work, anchoring, hosting, running a society. It all counts.
Working knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads. We are not looking for an expert. Knowing what a campaign, an audience and a cost per click are will let you join the conversation faster.
Editing video on a phone, or the obvious ability to learn it quickly.
A third Indian language.
Something you have made or run in public. A page, a channel, a newsletter, an event, a college fest. Follower count is irrelevant. We care that you have the reflex.
Comfort with a tracker or a CRM, or with keeping your own work visible to other people.
Worth knowing
You will be visible. Your face may appear in our content and at our events, and we would want it to.
We write our own words. Captions and content are written by the person whose name is on them, with real footage and real people.
What you get
You work directly with the Global Head of Marketing, every day, on real decisions. In most companies that access takes years. Here it is the job.
Real ownership from week one, in a team small enough that your work is visible
Breadth. Onboarding, customer experience, events, content, campaigns and corporate outreach, rather than one narrow lane
Ideas that get heard and built, whoever they come from
No scripts and no quotas
Direct exposure to how an early stage company actually operates
A team that takes the work seriously and does not take itself seriously
