Role Details:

  • Creation of the branding of the company, both in the name and in the external image of the company with the of its local teams and agencies.
  • Develop the Annual Marketing Plan and the elements of the marketing mix to obtain the organizations results, analyzing the competitive price situation of our products, proposing product improvements and developing the communication plan.
  • Motivate and develop the Marketing, CRM and RRSS team by developing key competencies, stimulating work with the operations teams, the commercial network (own and travel agencies) and favoring the understanding of market variables.
  • Develop knowledge about customers, relying on the databases that will be defined by part the company and the loyalty strategists that will be defined in coordination with the company& management. Develop regular or specific studies that deepen this knowledge.
  • Develop the knowledge of the TTE market in Saudi Arabia by following the evolution of our competitors and knowing the contextual variables that influence them.
  • Ensure the proper use of the brands, controlling it, maintaining a fluid and regular relationship with those suppliers that use them, constantly accompanying and advising the rest of the organization.
  • Generate atypical income for society through the commercialization of its own media and the creation of new proposals associated with TTE (cross-selling).
  • Design and execute the MKT budget, monitoring its execution and possible deviations.
  • Ensure compliance with the Safety, Data Protection, Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality and Environment and Compliance Policies established in the field of their occupation.
