Our client is a leading player in the food industry, specializing in the distribution of premium rice products. They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales within the food industry to join their team in Riyadh.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the client base and market presence.
- Identify potential clients in the B2B segment and establish strong business relationships.
- Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements while adhering to company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed business decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 5-8 years in B2B sales within the food industry, with a focus on rice products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Results-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local rice market in Riyadh is a plus.
