Job Summary:

Our client, a leading player in the shipping industry, is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target segments in the shipping industry.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to promote company services and generate leads.
  • Engage with prospective customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce company offerings and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients, addressing their specific needs and offering competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports on sales performance and pipeline activity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote company visibility and expand the customer base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in inside sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach to sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages is preferred.
