Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end revenue generation, fulfillment, and delivery to clients.
- Drive Sales Revenue in a competitive environment.
- Develop growth strategies along with the leadership team.
- Worked on Large requirements, developed long term projects, increased revenue in the assigned business and penetrated to new domains and regions.
- Commendable experience in adding New Logos, Channel Sales, handling end to end Key Accounts, Mining
- Strategic accounts, demand generation, and overseeing marketing activity to increase the visibility of the company.
- Create a standardized outreach for current and future clients and coordinate its implementation across sales, product and marketing teams.
- Monitor and deploy the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success - Make accounts grow with us.
- Plan/organize/assign/direct the team to ensure Sales target is achieved every quarter.
- Lead and manage a team who will deliver RFIs/RFPs in a timely fashion. Should aggressively coordinate with clients presales/solution teams.
- Experience in directing the sales team for selling IT Consulting Services, Cloud & DC Sales, Solution sales.
- Motivate & direct Sales team to establish coverage, distribution, and display objectives to meet sales targets.
- Work with cross regional teams to understand client solution offerings to bring them to the prospective client and Convert opportunities to sales Representing client brand to prospective clients.
- Should have personal connects with CIOs and CXOs different organization to understand their Current requirement and proposing optimal solutions for them.
- Effectively perform SWOT analysis to improve the sales Funnel.
- Responsible for the entire P/L management.
- Demonstrated success developing team members. Create and implement plans to recruit, train and mentor the sales team directing them into an optimal revenue generating sales channel.
Skills & Experience
- 12+Years of experience in sales in IT/ITES/Consulting/Analytics solutions and service.
- Demonstrated executive leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in seamlessly developing relationships at the C-suite, Officer level.
- Client-obsessed with a strong aptitude in a structured sales approach.
- Excellent presentation, influence, selling & negotiating skill.
- Self-motivated with exceptional talent in closing deal.
