Workfront Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand their project management needs, and design solutions leveraging Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
• Design and implement integrations using Workfront Fusion to connect Workfront with other business systems and platforms.
• Customize Workfront forms, dashboards, templates, reports, and portfolios to meet specific business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to provide effective solutions.
• Analyze and optimize existing workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and improving overall efficiency.
• Stay updated with new features and best practices in Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workfront and Fusion integrations, addressing any technical or operational issues.
• Document solutions, workflows, and processes for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
• Ability to design, develop, and manage Workfront workflows, templates, forms, and reports.
• Strong experience with API integrations and system automation using Workfront Fusion.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and experience using Workfront as a project management tool.
• Workfront Certification or Workfront Fusion Certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Flexibility to handle changing project requirements and adapt to different tasks as needed.
• Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and guide teams.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
