Job Location : Khairatabad, Hyderabad

Qualification : Any Graduate, Intermediate

Experience : 6 months to 3 Years

Salary : 20k to 22k

Making calls: Telecallers make outbound calls to generate sales and promote products or services to potential customers. They also handle incoming calls from customers who have questions or complaints.

Building relationships: Telecallers build rapport with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Following up: Telecallers follow up with customers to provide new products or services.

Documenting: Telecallers document customer interactions and feedback in a database.

Memorizing scripts: Telecallers memorize and customize scripts for different situations.

Analyzing: Telecallers analyze and report their observations to their team lead.

Adhering to guidelines: Telecallers follow organizational guidelines and methodology while telecalling.
