Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the financial industry.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, financial goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and maximize client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure smooth client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive client retention and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, highlighting the value of our products and services.
- Track and analyze key account metrics, such as revenue growth, profitability, and customer engagement, and take appropriate actions to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- 0 to 6 years of experience in key account management or relevant roles in the finance industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
