Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Resident Sales Manager to join their team. This is a full-time role responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, developing sales strategies, forecasting sales targets, and tracking sales data. The candidate will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager / General Manager - Sales and work closely with other departments within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Forecast sales targets and track sales data to monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with other departments to review RFQs, technical specifications, and pricing strategies.
  • Participate in tender processes via channel partners and contractors.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about competitors and market trends.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers, consultants, architects, contractors, and end-users.

Requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the electrical engineering industry, particularly with OEMs, panel builders, and industrial clients.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and a local language.
  • Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally outside the region.
  • Must be a local resident of the respective location.
  • Age preference: 27-35 years.
