Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer / Assessor to join our team at our Riyadh location. The Trainer / Assessor will play a pivotal role in delivering effective training programs, assessing learners' performance, and ensuring their competency in specific skills. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong instructional abilities, and a passion for developing individuals' capabilities.
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials, curriculum, and assessments in alignment with learning objectives.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning activities for diverse groups.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Utilize various training methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning, simulations, and hands-on exercises.
- Assess learners' performance through quizzes, assignments, practical tests, and other assessment tools.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains accurate and up-to-date.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and results.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and assessment results.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and assessment methodologies.
- Assist in creating a positive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; teaching or training certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (X+ years) as a Trainer or Assessor in a professional setting.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in creating training materials using various media and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical skills to assess learners' performance objectively.
- Flexibility to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
