Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician specialized in maintenance to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop maintenance schedules and execute them efficiently.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify trends that may lead to potential issues.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical technology and maintenance techniques.
• Participate in safety training programs and adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Technician in maintenance.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment and systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and systems.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Experience with tools and equipment used in maintenance work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
• Certification in maintenance training programs.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
