Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance.
- Handling Escalations properly.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Do regular performance evaluation.
- Create a motivating work environment and atmosphere.
- Develop a well-designed and motivating evaluation program.
- Communicate with teams about their performance.
- Motivate team members.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Must Have
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in handling team.
- Sales experience would be an added advantage.
- Should have experience for working in night shifts.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguity.
