Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join their team, a leading resort company based in Hyderabad. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and attract guests to our resorts. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and proven experience in marketing management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans to promote our resorts and drive revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events to attract potential guests and drive bookings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and develop targeted marketing strategies to reach key audiences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the hospitality industry.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, including travel agencies, event organizers, and tourist attractions, to drive referrals and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in hospitality marketing, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the marketing team, and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
