About the job Operation Manager
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Initiating and managing projects in accordance with all relevant guidelines, and SOPs;
- Monitoring the progress against the project plan and performance indicators for quality and budget;
- Achieves quality results by participating in the quality assurance program with the help of clinical and department head .
- Identifies informational needs to manage medical information systems.
- Identifying risks, and developing and implementing plans to mitigate risks in collaboration with team members and other stakeholders.
- Acting as a daily point of contact for the stakeholders and members of the project team;
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
- Developing research-specific documents and files and presentations
- Negotiating contracts with institutions and suppliers;
- Managing project finances in accordance with the sponsor contract and budget;
- Providing input for proposals and budgets,
- Provides medical diagnostic and therapeutic information, products, and services.
- Implements new programs, tests, methods, and instrumentation.
- Responsible for frequent training and capacity building program , with team member performance indicators.
- laboratory techniques; prepare and analyze a variety of data; provide detailed documentation and analysis of clinical data with help of experts
- Ability to organize and direct the daily activities of participating laboratories; participate with supervisor in work planning, staff training, evaluating work, and counseling; evaluate quality control procedures; review work of others for conformance with quality control procedures; maintain quality control records; perform safety checks; ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Ability to develop necessary training tools to assist laboratories (i.e., checklists, training materials, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills with a professional and customer service oriented demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, which may include business and technical writing, editing and proofreading.
- Experience working with laboratory data/information management systems or laboratory database would be beneficial.
