About the job Procurement Coordinator(Construction)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with international vendors/contractors to procure construction materials and manage trades.
- Obtain quotations from material suppliers/vendors and provide comparison sheets.
- Receive progress updates from trades and prepare daily reports.
- Maintain the daily project cost ledger and reporting.
- Perform necessary take-offs from drawings when required.
- Manage and update logs.
- Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) for work purposes.
Qualifications: Diploma in Civil/Architectural Engineering or any relevant Bachelor's degree. Prior experience in construction-related RFQ/RFP, good communication skills (oral and written) for dealing with international vendors, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), and accounting skills are a plus.
