Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources team at our Riyadh location. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives, policies, and programs that align with our organization's goals and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote employee engagement.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and lead recruitment efforts.
- Develop and manage effective employee development programs, training initiatives, and career progression opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR processes.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits.
- Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management as needed.
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, fostering their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (X+ years) in HR management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to navigate complex employee relations and organizational dynamics.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
