Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources team at our Riyadh location. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives, policies, and programs that align with our organization's goals and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote employee engagement.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and lead recruitment efforts.
  • Develop and manage effective employee development programs, training initiatives, and career progression opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR processes.
  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management as needed.
  • Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, fostering their professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (X+ years) in HR management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex employee relations and organizational dynamics.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
