About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and self-driven Full Stack Developer with strong command over Python (backend) and React.js (frontend), with hands-on exposure to AWS cloud technologies. This is a remote role supporting a US-based client, ideal for a highly skilled developer who values flexibility and autonomy while delivering high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask) and React.js.
Build responsive UI components, integrate RESTful APIs, and ensure seamless user experience.
Optimize performance, security, and scalability across the application stack.
Leverage AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) for deployment, automation, and data handling.
Collaborate with product managers and US-based stakeholders in an agile, cross-functional environment.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and modern architecture patterns.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of professional full stack development experience.
Strong expertise in Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI) for backend development.
Proficient in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience working with AWS cloud platforms (e.g., S3, Lambda, API Gateway, EC2).
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows.
Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker is a plus).
Strong analytical & debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Flexible to work 56 hours/day, preferably overlapping with US Eastern or Pacific time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:
AWS certification or strong hands-on AWS experience.
Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Exposure to DevOps tools, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
