Timings: 10 AM 7 PM | Sunday Off
Work Mode: On-Site

About the Role:
Are you a sharp negotiator, logistics planner, and supply chain optimizer? Were looking for a Procurement and Logistics Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, operations-heavy environment. You'll drive procurement, vendor coordination, inventory control, and pan-India logisticsensuring everything runs on time and under budget.

If you've worked with platforms like Delhivery, Shiprocket, and local transporters and have experience with electrical or solar materials this opportunity is tailor-made for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Vendor Management:
Source and procure electrical items, materials, and services
Negotiate pricing, delivery, and terms with vendors
Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders (POs)
Manage Just-in-Time (JIT) procurement

Logistics & Dispatch Planning:
Plan and oversee dispatches to multiple locations across India
Coordinate with pan-India and local transporters for timely, cost-effective delivery
Use platforms like Delhivery and Shiprocket for shipment execution
Monitor shipments to avoid delays, damage, or discrepancies

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination:
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels
Work with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage & packing
Manage site-specific dispatch and packing instructions

MIS & Documentation:
Maintain all shipping documentation, invoices, and compliance records
Track and report logistics costs, shipment statuses, and vendor performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with procurement, finance, project, and warehouse teams
Support internal stakeholders with timely updates and solutions

Qualifications:
Degree in Commerce, Logistics, or B.Tech Electrical preferred
23 years of hands-on experience in procurement & logistics
Experience with Delhivery, Shiprocket, and transport partners
Knowledge of electrical or solar materials is a strong plus
