Job Description:

A Sales Executive is a professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager & Sales Associates. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users or customers.

Rules & Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and cultivate new leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms
    • Conduct property tours and provide in-depth information on features, benefits, and investment potential
    • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
    • Stay current with market trends, property values, and industry best practices
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams


Qualifications:

    • Any Bachelors degree,
    • Proven track record of 0 to 2 years of successful real estate sales experience
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Familiarity with local real estate markets and industry trends
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative


Requirements and skills

    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
    • Proficiency in English
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Fast learner and passion for sales
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
