Job Description:
A Sales Executive is a professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager & Sales Associates. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users or customers.
Rules & Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cultivate new leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms
- Conduct property tours and provide in-depth information on features, benefits, and investment potential
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Stay current with market trends, property values, and industry best practices
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelors degree,
- Proven track record of 0 to 2 years of successful real estate sales experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with local real estate markets and industry trends
