System Analyst

1. Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure compliance with contract terms and SLAs.

2. Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as needed to meet service quality standards.

3. Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to evaluate the effectiveness of IT services delivered.

4. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

5. Conduct regular audits and reviews of vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.

6. Manage IT quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting to track performance and drive continuous improvement.

7. Work closely with the Customer to address any quality-related concerns or feedback regarding IT services.

8. Participate in vendor selection processes, contract negotiations, and vendor onboarding activities.
