  • Coordinating with all the branches staff of Non-USA vertical.
  • Training on regular intervals.
  • Sales & acquisition .
  • Leads Generation.
  • Client Handling (typical cases handling with all the branches if required).
  • Issues and exclamation.
  • Sales responsibilities.
  • Target achievement.
  • Regular monitoring.
  • Daily Report from Team members and consolidated report to CEO.
  • Interacting with marketing team planning and development of leads and walk-ins.
  • Interacting with marketing team for in house and outdoor campaign presentations.
  • Regular auditing and quality check ( walk in  form, reports and call checking)
  • Attending seminars of Universities (Collaboration with delegates ).
  • Updating the all related countries counseling manual (ready records) Interacting with new Employee in department and giving training.
