Role: Vice President - Wealth Manager (Sales)

We are seeking a dynamic Wealth Manager specializing in Partner and Client Acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and business development background, with a proven track record of building relationships with CAs, merchant banks, B2B vendors, and B2C retail clients. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to foster B2B partnerships and attract B2C HNI clients to invest.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to B2B partners through daily calls and emails to foster new partnerships and present wealth management solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct 3-4 in-person meetings daily with B2B partners to discuss collaboration opportunities and maximize partnership efforts to achieve targets.
  • Prospect and qualify potential HNI clients through cold calling and lead-generation activities.
  • Aim to have 2-3 meetings weekly with B2C HNI prospects to convince them to invest and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for client portfolio analysis, financial planning, and addressing client queries.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have a book of clients they can contact on behalf of the firm.
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in major banks OR experience working in premier wealth management firms.
