Position Description:
Downstream Finance, Strategy & Planning is led by a General Manager and reports directly to the Downstream Senior Vice President. This organization consists of three departments; Downstream Business Support Department, Performance Management Department and Downstream Strategy & Capital Planning Department. It is responsible for shaping the Downstream strategy, Capital Planning, CAPEX & OPEX analysis, analyze Business Plan for Downstream organizations and responsible for Downstream reporting including scorecard KPIs.

Location: 

Dhahran, Saudi Arabia (must be willing to relocate)


Minimum Requirements:

  • 10 Years or more of overall HR relevant experience in areas such as performance management, talent management, full cycle recruitment, employee engagement,employee relations, and compensation.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
  • Analytics skills
  • Results-oriented with proven ability to deliver results through HR initiatives that are linked to bottom line results in terms of productivity and quality.
  • Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • PHR, GPHR, or CIPD level 5 certification.
  • Preferred Experience: Worked in a large organization.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • You will be required to perform the following:
  • Supports the implementation of the internal HR strategy that is aligned to the organizations goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for recruitment activities by reviewing candidates CVs provided by Staffing Department, participates in the interview process of candidates, Develops internal selection criteria for the organization.
  • Manage and administrate the employees training & development activities including developing their Individual Development Plans and track the implementation.
  • Responsible for Talent and Performance Management processes; Succession Planning, High Potential and promotions processes.
  • Recommends and executes plans related to improving employee engagement.
  • Recommends new approaches, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and HR services performed.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Sr. HR Professional.
