Job Description:

  • Excellent Communication in English.
  • Call Handling from Customers and resolving the issues.regarding printers, routers , email issues.
  • Supporting the Query and do the needful.
  • Reporting to the team lead.
  • Proactive work to be done.
  • 1 Year (Complete 12 months) of Experience is required in International Voice (Inbound Calling only) in customer care billing.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in night Shifts. 
  • Work from Office.
  • Candidates should be ready to join immediately.
