About the job regional sales manager
Roles & Responsibilities
* Work with his sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth.
* Opening new associating markets in his territory
* Coordinate and direct his sales team to work on locations where we can derive the best results for the targets
* Appoint Electric Vehicle Dealers Network in the territory
* Onboard EV Rangers ( Partners Eg: General Store, Mechanic, Entreprenuer etc ), where we can engage activity in their space and also get leads from them from their customers.
* Activate BTL Activities
* Recruiting the best possible team to achieve organizational objectives
* Develop and maintain sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, et
* Have up to date data on all the sales and booking no's.
* Drive & Motivate the team to reach targets.
* Track the team field visits and collect updates on the visits.
* Maintain cordial relations with 3rd party exchange parties and financing companies.
* Sell multi-brand EV vehicles using the features, advantages and benefits model to customers through the metaverse (virtual headset - multibrand showroom experience)
* Demonstrate multi brand EV vehicles to customers and provide accurate information about features, specifications, and pricing
* Engage with potential customers at consumer events to bring them to the metaverse
* Provide excellent follow up for finance and exchange schemes to build long lasting relationships with clients.
* Negotiate sales deals and close sales transactions to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Gain knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends, product and competition to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues in a timely manner.
Requirements*
* Has proven track record of success in sales
* Deep knowledge on EV industry & its trends.
* Experience in Team Management - Has led and managed sales teams to ensure they meet their individual and team targets
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in English, Hindi, and (regional languages is mandatory.)
* Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tool
* Has contacts with Dealers and Distributors of the same industry in his territory
* Must have 2wheeler & DL
* Should be open to travel & do outdoor sales
