Position Description:

We are seeking a P&PM Analyst to join the Planning and Performance Management Division of Corporate Affairs. The Planning and Performance Management Division is responsible for providing full support to executive management and department planners and HRs full support, reviews and develops strategies, monitor progress and KPIs and ensure alignment with CA overall goals. The P&PM Analyst primary role is to creating and implement strategies to enhance the culture and workforce and providing counseling to management to approve CA overall performance.

Must be willing to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia

Minimum Requirements:

  • As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelors degree in Strategic Management,
  • Communications and Human Resources Management.
  • Also preferred to have PMP, Lean Sigma or professional certifications from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred in Business, Management, MBA, Strategic Management.
  • You will have 12 years experience in Strategies Development.
  • You will be creating various reports and presentations
  • You will be able to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking to enhance HR KPIs
  • Good Microsoft office skills.
  • Will conduct special P&PM-related studies such as the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, design and re-design of measurements

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver services to their assigned organization in line with Admin Area management, senior BL/SL management and corporate HR strategies.
  • Implement the organizations vision and mission, develops or implement an internal HR strategy that is aligned to the organization goals and objectives
  • Develop functional requirements of custom applications implement policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Recommend and execute plans related to improving employee engagement in the organization
  • Recommend new approaches, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed
  • Work with management
  • Wok on developing strategies, presentations, long term plans
  • Challenge and advise managers on how to transcend strategic issues
  • Provide counselling and coaching to management and employees
