About the job Business Development Manager

  • Responsible to manage all the activities related to business development to increase market share, revenue growth, increase the turnover, and increase the number of customers and net profit.
  • Responsible for driving the growth of Business by generating new business opportunities, as well as motivating the employees.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to identify potential new clients, craft proposals, new products and review contracts
  • Developing professional team & training for successfully launching of new products in local & export market
  • Responsible to assign their duties and participation in events and seminars for business development purpose to achieve the short term and long term goals.
  • To identify new business opportunities either with or without SBUs new Greenfield projects
  • Strong ability to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Above in Business or Engineering.
  • 8-10 Years including 3 years as Business Development.
