Education Counselor

Job Description

The Education Counselor role encompasses a dynamic combination of educational guidance and sales expertise. This position revolves around helping prospective students navigate educational options and programs while also effectively promoting and enrolling them in suitable courses. A Counselor serves as a bridge between academic aspirations and practical enrollment decisions, contributing significantly to both student success and organizational growth.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

• Conversation with High-intent leads
• Meeting Weekly and monthly Targets
• Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
• Collaborate with prospective students and their families to provide guidance and support
• throughout the admissions process.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students, addressing their questions,
• concerns, and goals.
• Collaborate with academic departments and faculty members to facilitate the admissions
• process and provide accurate information to students.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-4 years of progressive experience
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Should be confident and a fast learner
• Smart enough to gauge customer requirement
