The Digital Marketing executive should have a strong understanding of various online marketing channels, and a creative mindset. This role will involve developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve defined goals, such as lead generation, brand awareness, or conversions.
- Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve overall performance.
- Curate engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content delivery.
- Manage and grow the company's digital presence
- Manage paid campaigns (PPC) to drive relevant traffic, optimize ad copy, and manage budget effectively.
- Monitor performance metrics
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-2 years of experience (must have experience in Meta)
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels,
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Meta (essential) and Google (desirable)
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
