Job Summary
- Age: 18 years to 35 years
- Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).
- Any Qualification Graduates can apply.
- Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.
- Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
- Shifts: Rotational Night shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
- Note: Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from the office.

Desired Candidate Profile
- International Voice Responsibilities: Provide assistance to International Customers
- Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
- Desired Skills: Excellent Communication in English.
- Work from Office only available
- The selected candidates should be able to join ASAP and have all documents handy for background verification.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience Target
- Call Center experience a plus
- Exceptionally Good Communication Skills.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- International Voice process experience
- Handle and resolve customer complaints to their satisfaction.
- Night Shift experience is a must
