- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or a related field
- Proven track record of 3 or more years of successful real estate sales experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with local real estate markets and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
