Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Corporate Account Manager to join our team. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our corporate client base. This role requires a valid driving license and the ability to commute using a two-wheeler as it involves fieldwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients to promote our products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, providing them with timely support and assistance
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation of client projects
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
  • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities, providing feedback and recommendations to improve our products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 6 months to 5 years of Experience
  • Valid driving license and ability to commute using a two-wheeler
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and fieldwork as required
