Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell courses to prospective students, meeting the targets set by the team leader.
  • Utilize leads effectively and maintain a positive conversion rate.
  • Create brand awareness and a positive brand image among prospective students.
  • Possess a good understanding of product information and provide effective counseling to handle student queries.
  • Customize the sales pitch according to customer behavior and requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills to handle complex sales situations.
  • Proficiency in presentation, probing, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Expertise in counseling and selling.

Graduate qualification.

  • 1-6 years of corporate/B2C inside sales/outbound sales experience, with hands-on knowledge of the sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, counseling, and selling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of presenting, promoting, and selling online services.
  • Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in 2-3 languages. Communication in Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Ability to work well within a sales team.
