Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation of their condition.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of life support systems, ventilators, and monitoring equipment to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in emergency procedures and respond effectively to life-threatening situations, demonstrating excellent critical thinking skills.

Qualifications:
