You will assist with reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and handle administrative tasks in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Process reservations and cancellations accurately
  • Manage phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Handle guest complaints or requests and escalate as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest details
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office
  • A customer-oriented approach with a professional attitude
