We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Head Nurse with US/EU Board Certification to lead our nursing team. As the Head Nurse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating nursing activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement nursing protocols, standards, and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and assignments to ensure optimal coverage and effective patient care delivery.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect among staff members.
  • Utilize strong managerial skills to address performance issues, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives, utilizing data-driven approaches to enhance patient outcomes and the overall patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • US/EU Board Certification in Nursing.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited institution (US/EU Region preferred).
  • Strong clinical background with in-depth knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and standards.
  • Proven track record of effective leadership, team management, and staff development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
