Job Summary: To develop and manage export sales activities by identifying international business opportunities, maintaining relationships with global clients, and ensuring smooth execution of export operations to achieve company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the companys products in international markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents.
  • Achieve assigned export sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Identify new export markets, customers, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Conduct international market research and competitor analysis.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with overseas clients.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure timely order execution and shipment.
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation, regulations, and trade laws.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business delegations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in export sales or international business.
  • Experience in [industry type: FMCG, food processing, industrial products] preferred.

Certificates Required:

  • Certification in International Trade, Export Management, or similar is a plus.
  • Training in Incoterms, shipping, or customs regulations is an advantage.

Needed Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of export sales processes, documentation, and international trade regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multicultural clients and adapt to international business practices.
  • Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel abroad frequently.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with familiarity with SAP/CRM systems and export documentation software is preferred.

Language Skills: Proficient in English for communication, reporting, and documentation, with Arabic speaking and reading proficiency as a plus.
