We're looking for a proactive and experienced Factory Incharge to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our production facility. If you have experience in blown film, flexible packaging, extrusion, printing, and shop floor management, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a company committed to building a sustainable future.

Our company manufactures high-performance biodegradable and compostable alternatives to single-use plastics, combining innovation, advanced manufacturing, and sustainability to create environmentally responsible products.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily production across extrusion, printing, cutting, and sealing machines

Monitor production output, rejection rates, machine efficiency, and downtime

Supervise machine operators and helpers while maintaining discipline on the shop floor

Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution

Ensure consistent product quality across film production, printing, and sealing operations

Maintain production logs, reports, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Manage the smooth flow of raw materials to finished goods

Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and operational best practices

What We're Looking For

Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Plastics, Polymer Engineering, or a related discipline

3–5 years of experience in Blown Film or Flexible Packaging Manufacturing

Strong knowledge of extrusion and downstream production processes

Ability to lead teams and manage shop floor operations under pressure

Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking production efficiency, rejection rates, and output

CIPET-certified candidates will be given preference
