We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and drive sales operations in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing channel partners, leading internal sales teams, developing winning sales strategies, and driving property sales growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, recruit, and manage Channel Partners and Internal Sales Teams
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Set individual and team sales goals and monitor performance
  • Drive lead generation initiatives and optimize lead distribution
  • Manage the sales pipeline to improve conversion ratios and sales flow
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Coordinate with CRM, Digital Marketing, and Ad Agencies to monitor lead quality, ROI, and brand positioning
  • Conduct regular sales training on negotiation, objection handling, market insights, and legal compliance
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management review

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 7 to 10 years of overall sales experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Real Estate is highly preferred
  • Strong experience in selling Luxury Villas and Apartments will be an advantage
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, team management, and client handling skills
  • Language proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory
