Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-departmental teams, align responsibilities, and drive results.

  • Ensure timely and budget-friendly execution of multiple complex projects.

  • Proactively assess and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth delivery cycles.

  • Engage confidently with executive stakeholders, clients, and vendors.

  • Uphold quality and compliance benchmarks across all project deliverables.

  • Mentor junior project managers, strengthening internal delivery frameworks.

  • Utilize tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Asana for project tracking and documentation.

You Bring

  • 710 years of experience in Project Management, especially in banking, finance, or enterprise technology domains.

  • Proven record of delivering high-value projects with strategic impact.

  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.

  • Strong budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to navigate challenges, resolve conflicts, and ensure project momentum.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.

Educational Background & Certifications

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.

  • PMP®, PRINCE2®, PMI-ACP®, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
