Are you an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant with strong ABAP development expertise? We are looking for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team and work on enterprise-scale SAP CRM implementations within the Utilities domain.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP CRM technical solutions.

Develop and customize SAP CRM WebUI applications, components, views, and enhancements.

Build technical solutions using ABAP OO, BSP, BOL/GENIL, WebUI Framework, and SAP enhancement techniques.

Configure and enhance CRM One Order framework, business transactions, and partner processing.

Develop custom reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and data migration programs.

Work on CRM Middleware configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and replication.

Develop and support integrations between SAP CRM, SAP IS-U, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and external applications.

Create and maintain RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, Web Services, and APIs.

Perform code reviews, unit testing, performance optimization, and technical documentation.

Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP CRM solutions.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM Technical Development.

Strong expertise in ABAP/ABAP OO.

Experience with SAP CRM WebUI, BSP, BOL/GENIL, and WebUI Framework.

Hands-on experience with CRM Middleware.

Knowledge of SAP CRM One Order Framework and Business Transactions.

Experience with RFC, BAPI, IDoc, Web Services, and API integrations.

Exposure to SAP IS-U, SAP ECC, or SAP S/4HANA integrations.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

Utilities domain experience.
Experience in production support, enhancements, and technical documentation.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
